Bright Sky Integrative Recovery is an intensive outpatient program (IOP) in Bend, Oregon, for adults facing depression, anxiety, trauma, OCD, and the impact of addiction. Founded by leaders in integrative psychiatry and trauma recovery, we provide whole-person care that integrates body, mind, and spirit. Our IOP includes group therapy three days a week, weekly individual therapy, and access to psychiatric care. Optional experiential and integrative services include outdoor therapy, psychodrama, movement-based work, TMS, acupuncture, chi gong, and ketamine-assisted psychotherapy.
