Owner/Strategic-PartnerExperience: I’m a local. After graduating from Bend High, I graduated from the University of Portland with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance. My father is a local business owner and my mother is a retired non-profit director. Both modeled the importance of making an impact in our local community. My work experiences and family influences have prepared me to help local employers and job seekers connect in Central Oregon. I spent the first 10 years of my career with JELD-WEN managing global supply chain, procurement, and inventory replenishment programs for wood and steel products. I then transferred to JELD-WEN’s Bend, OR manufacturing plant to help run the facility. In this position I managed office and production personnel in Customer Service, Purchasing, Logistics, Drafting, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Production Scheduling. This experience gave me an appreciation for the critical workforce challenges facing Central Oregon businesses today. The Big Picture: PrideStaff’s mission is to consistently provide client experiences focused on what they value most. We achieve this by meeting with clients, and often their staff, to gain a clear understanding of what they value most. We then offer a personalized plan to solve key business challenges.
