• Patagonia Organic Lager

  Patagonia Provisions x Deschutes Brewery Kernza Lager is a Certified Organic premium lager that is bright, crisp and wildly drinkable at 4.7% ABV. The beer is brewed with Certified Organic Kernza (a soil-saving, carbon-capturing perennial grain), Regenerative Organic Certified rye, Certified Organic hops, and malted 2-row barley. Radically responsible, the ingredients in Kernza Lager are grown in ways that improve soil health, minimize erosion, preserve biodiversity and protect waterways. Abv - 4.7 ibu - 20.0

• Wayfarer Cider

  Walking and talking cider in an 86 year old Oregon apple orchard, we, alongside the orchardist, hand selected varieties and developed a proprietary blend with distinct acid and tannin structure. Through experimentation and selection we developed a unique sour cider which utilizes five apple varieties, and spontaneous fermentation with the wild yeast from the apples. Abv - 7.3 ibu - 5.0
