Me'kelle has been involved with athletics and training her whole life. Growing up in Bend gave her the opportunity to be actively involved in sports and outdoor recreation. She finished her degree in Exercise Science at COCC then went on to gain a comprehensive Pilates certificate from BASI Pilates and PMA certification. Her firsthand experience with osteoarthritis, pre and postnatal pilates gives her a wide experience to draw from in her instruction. She stays busy with her three small boys and husband exploring central Oregon when she’s not teaching.

Carrie has been working in the fitness industry for over 20 years and has an extensive background in teaching many forms of group fitness while creating effective programs for all fitness levels and abilities. She has been an avid practitioner of Pilates for over a decade to support her active lifestyle, and holds a comprehensive Pilates certification from BASI. She is passionate about continuing education of the psychological benefits of exercise, functional fitness, human biomechanics, and spinal and arthritic conditions, to better meet the specific needs of her clients. Carrie has obtained several certifications throughout her career which include: ACE Group Fitness, ACE Personal Training, Kickboxing, and Yoga RYT-200 Certifications. She is a proud wife of an Army veteran, a mom of two boys, and her family moved from the east coast to Bend almost 5 years ago. When she’s not teaching or watching her boys play sports, she enjoys meeting friends for coffee or beer, strength training, reading, hiking, trail running, alpine skiing, snowshoeing, kayaking, and mountain biking.

Jeanette Cassisi “JC” has been involved in the fitness industry for over 20 years. Her certifications have included Pilates-PMA CPT, NASM, NSCA, E.F.T.I. and Kettlebell, as well as having a B.A. in Dance, a Black Belt in Tae Kwon Do, a Green Belt in Wushu, a Level 1 Reiki Certification and more recently a Certification as a Holistic Nutritionist from the Nutritional Therapy Association. Throughout her years of training she discovered the importance of mobility and recovery and is passionate about sharing this knowledge with others. Jeanette lives in Bend, Oregon with her husband and 10-year old son where she teaches Pilates, Group Fitness, Mobility and Nutrition classes and runs her companies Mind Body Mobility and KnotOut.
Fitness and wellness are the cornerstones of Conni’s life. Conni began teaching Pilates at Rancho La Puerta (the Ranch) in Tecate, Mexico during the startup of their Pilates program in the late 1980’s and early 1990’s before earning certification in 1995. Conni continues to work as a visiting instructor at the Ranch twice yearly. She earned her initial Pilates certification from renowned teacher Marie-Jose Blom, owner of the Long Beach Dance Studio. As a seasonal instructor at the Ranch, Conni also had an opportunity to study and work with celebrated Pilates practitioners including Brent Anderson, Madeline Black, Jillian Hessel, the late Julian Littleford, Marika Molnar and Rael Isacowitz. Conni was the first to bring Pilates instruction to Jackson Hole, Wyoming and Huntsville, Alabama. In 1997, she opened her own studio and introduced Bend to Pilates. She also is a certified yoga teacher, having earned her yoga certificate in 2009 after years of study with master teachers Phyllis Pilgrim and Roger Cole.
